Where to find a great deal if you are a late booker

As you may already know, there has been a growing trend of people booking their holidays later and later over the last few years. What is most surprising is actually how late many people are leaving it. Holiday searches tend to peak around two to three weeks prior to the school summer holidays, particularly early July, but also just before Easter. If you fall into this category, are you actually looking for the “best” deals?
Spain
One of the good old favourites for a last-minute deal is the Costa del Sol as you will be sure to find something that suits everyone in the family. For many years now, Costa del Sol has been welcoming thousands of visitors to its shores and it's not difficult to try and understand why as its famously known for its white sandy beaches for pure relaxation and a majority of the resorts offer top class kids clubs.
Turkey
With so much to offer from vibrant bazaars, exhilarating waterparks and rare loggerhead turtles, Turkey has become a widely popular destination, especially over the last few years. Tour operators are really selling Turkey, with two specific places that seem to offer fantastic deals; the Dalaman region and Marmaris.
The Dalaman region in particular really does offer something for everyone with miles of stunning sandy beaches, gorgeous scenery, cities bursting with culture and ancient ruins. Some may prefer the sound of Marmaris, a superb place to visit with its magical turquoise trails and mud bath beaches. Although the number of visitors is rising significantly, Marmaris has remained relatively untouched.
Greece
From the rugged inland mountains where bikers and hikers enjoy the slow pace to secluded sandy beaches where you will only hear the sea lapping gently against the shore. Holidays to Corfu will thrill almost every type of traveller. Although it is commonly known as one of Greece’s famous party islands, lush green Corfu has so much more to offer than its buzzing party scene. Before you set off on your holiday to Corfu, be sure to find out what will be on as you can experience traditional Corfu by getting involved with the locals or even attending a special event or festival.
