Terms and Conditions for Neckermann Travel 7-Night Giveaway

This giveaway is organised by Travel Vogue Ltd, trading as Neckermann Travel (hereby referred to as "The Company"), located at 1st Floor, Brunswick House, Regent Park. 297-299 Kingston Road, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 7LU. Registered Company in England under Company No. 02857123.

How to Enter:

1.Entries received after the stated closing date, midnight Sunday 8^th June 2025, will not be accepted.

2.This giveaway is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

3.To enter the giveaway, participants must sign up for the Neckermann Travel newsletter using the form provided.

4.A successful entry is defined as completing the sign-up for the Neckermann Travel newsletter.

5.The Company will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of technical malfunctions, system failures,

7.The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

8.Unless otherwise stated, this giveaway is open exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older, except employees of The Company, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the giveaway.

9.Entrants under 18 years of age must have consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.

10.Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

11.By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Company may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the giveaway.

12.The Company reserves all rights to disqualify participants if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the giveaway.

The Draw:

13.A winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process within one month of the giveaway closing date.

14.The winner will receive full details of the prize, which includes a 7- night stay for two at Selectum Luxury Resort Belek, round-trip flights, a complimentary à la carte dinner, all-inclusive accommodation, and roundtrip airport transfer. Plus, the winner will receive use of a cabana for one day, and tickets for one day entry into Land of Legends theme park.

15.The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) within 7 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to The Company within 14 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected according to the process described above.

16.The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to The Company’s notification. The winner’s name, town, and prize presentation pictures will be published across our website and social media.

17.The winner and their guest must have valid passports and meet any visa requirements for travel to Turkey.

18.Travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation, must be made through The Company and are subject to availability.

19.The 7-night getaway must be taken from 30 June to 7 July 2025. No other dates are accepted.

20.The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Company reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the company’s control make it necessary to do so.

21.The decision of The Company regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

22.The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to The Company 1st Floor, Brunswick House, Regent Park. 297-299 Kingston Road, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 7LU, or an email to [email protected] within 60 days of the giveaway closing date.

23.The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if it becomes necessary to do so.

Limitation of Liability:

24.To the extent permitted by law, The Company, its agents, or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of The Company, its agents, or distributors, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

25.The Company is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information following these Terms and Conditions and The Company’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

26.By entering, you agree that any personal information provided with your entry may be held and used by The Company or its agents to administer the competition.

27.Additionally, by entering the giveaway, you consent to The Company using your personal information for marketing purposes, including sending promotional offers, news, and updates via email. You can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such email. As the winner you agree to the company capturing and creating marketing material relating to the competition, prize winner and prize experience. This material would be used to promote future competitions and the company on any media.

Governing Law:

28.This giveaway will be governed by English law, and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

29.The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
