Can Garden Beach Hotel Holiday

Hey everyone!

Today I’m going to tell you all about my summer holiday at Can Garden Beach Hotel, honestly, it was such a magical place!

LOCATION

First things first, let’s talk about the location, because it’s absolutely incredible. The hotel is situated right within the ancient city of Side, surrounded by nature and traces of historical ruins. What’s really lovely is that it’s not a tall, single building, it’s made up of bungalow-style houses, which gives it a calm and cosy atmosphere. It’s also accessible for people with disabilities, which I think is a big plus.

FACILITIES

There’s a small but fun aqua park, and a patisserie where they make handmade desserts. I’m not exaggerating when I say their cheesecake was unforgettable!

FOOD EXPERIENCE

But the true highlight for me was definitely the restaurant. My favourite dish was the grilled sea bass with crispy chips on the side. And it wasn’t just about the food; it was the whole experience! Having dinner while watching the sunset over the sea felt absolutely blissful.

A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE

Another fascinating thing, there are still ancient ruins beneath the sea! Swimming amongst them, realising that people thousands of years ago swam in the same waters… it was such a surreal and emotional experience. You genuinely feel connected to history.

EXPLORING THE AREA

Since the hotel is set within the ancient city, it’s really easy to walk around and explore.

Between the hotel and the beach there’s a long promenade, perfect for a stroll or a jog, especially early in the morning when it’s quiet and peaceful.

A SMALL DETAIL

And one of my favourite details, the hotel has little cat houses dotted around the property!
